2. Services Offered

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & SMO (Social Media Optimization)

All services are provided as per the package agreed upon during the proposal or quotation phase.

3. Project Initiation & Scope

Projects commence only after full or partial advance payment, as per the agreed plan.
he project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be clearly defined before execution.
Any additional features or revisions not included in the original scope may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required to initiate work, unless otherwise agreed.
Remaining payment must be made before final delivery or website launch.
Delayed payments may result in service suspension or late fees.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced.
In the event of a project cancellation, only unutilized advance payments may be refunded after deduction of resource costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all required content, images, and information in a timely manner.
Review and approve work at stages defined in the project timeline.
Maintain backups of provided data.

Failure to provide inputs may delay the project without affecting payment terms.

7. Revisions & Modifications

Each project includes a limited number of revisions (typically 2–3 rounds).
Extra revisions or scope changes will be billed additionally at standard hourly rates or fixed costs.

8. Delivery & Launch

Websites are delivered within the time frame discussed, barring any client delays or scope changes.
Final files, credentials, and admin access will be handed over post-completion and full payment.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client data, designs, and information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients receive full rights to use the deliverables.
We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

SSCreation will not be held liable for:

Any damages arising from website downtime, plugin conflicts, or third-party service issues.
Losses due to client-side misuse, unauthorized access, or delay in responses.

12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Where third-party tools (e.g., plugins, themes, APIs) are used:

Licenses may need to be purchased by the client.
We are not responsible for the continued functionality of third-party tools.

13. Support & Maintenance

Support for completed projects is provided for 15 days post-launch unless a maintenance plan is subscribed.
Ongoing website management and updates can be contracted at additional cost.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

15. Changes to Terms

SSCreation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
